David S. Bouschor, II – Attorney at Law

David S. Bouschor, II, received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Southern Methodist University in 1991. During the majority of his more than ten years of legal experience, Attorney Bouschor has been in private practice and has focused on the areas of Collaborative Law, Family Law, Guardianship, and Probate Law. In 1997, Attorney Bouschor became Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Specialization.

He is active in several professional organizations.

Before becoming a lawyer, Attorney Bouschor was literally a down to earth kind of person. He received his Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Wisconsin-Superior in 1980 and worked in the oil industry for several years. Shortly after the oil industry took its downturn, Attorney Bouschor ran his own rescue and salvage diving business until he entered law school.

Attorney Bouschor still enjoys diving at a recreational level and participates in several other recreational activities. He is an avid hunter and supports the Denton Ducks Unlimited chapter. Attorney Bouschor spends time with his family on his sailboat, which he races in Cedar Mills Yacht Club races on Lake Texoma.
